Sigma hoppers allow you to unload dough blocks into the divider at the bottom both through a system of triangular plates (of different quantities, thanks to plates of different lengths and different types of dough) and through a guillotine cutting system. The electrical equipment is equipped with depth sensors. The stainless steel funnel housing supports the machine at the selected height and, upon request, can be installed on conveying systems for feeding the product to several lines or for unloading the product when cleaning equipment.
